Jennifer Monrose Moore Practice Areas Jennifer Moore practices management-side labor relations and employment law with an emphasis in employment litigation, handling numerous multi-plaintiff litigation cases, along with her involvement in the defense of several class action litigation cases. She also assists management teams with litigation prevention training in all facets of employment law, including hiring, discipline, termination, and harassment prevention. Jennifer serves as the Legislative Chair of the Suncoast Human Resources Management Association. She is also an active volunteer and member of the Human Resources Committee for the YMCA of Suncoast, and serves as an advisory board member for the Bardmoor YMCA in Pinellas County. In 2003, Jennifer was a United Way Volunteer of the Year nominee. She was a member of the 1994 First-Place ATLA National Mock Trial Team and co-author of the Florida Lawyers Guide, Employment Discrimination (1994 and 1996). She is admitted to practice before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Education Eckerd College Bar Membership
